Instructions

  1. Click “Create Job” and follow instructions to create a new job:

  3. Choose the algorithm settings and upload images:

  7. Your job will start processing. Just wait for the job to complete:

  9. The Expected Running Time is roughly 30 minutes to process a Liver slide of 1.5 GB;
  10. When your job is complete, click on its link:

  12. For each image, you will get:
    • Heatmap (jpg) before segmentations where the color of each region will be proportional to the probability of the “winning class” (assigned label) associated with each region
    • Heatmap (jpg) after segmentation where each region is assigned a final class (tumor, non-tumor, artifacts or other tissue)
    • A table with the number of pixels (at 20x magnification) for the tumor and non-tumor regions, the percentage of tumor (ratio of the two), the average tumor probability (averaged over the whole slides from the AI), and size distribution information (number of tumor above certain diameters, and detailed diameters and areas of tumor found on the slide)

- Is there a walkthrough available?

- What types of images are supported?
- H&E-stained histopathology slides, with 20x magnification and in SVS or SCN format. See also the input specification.

- What is the overlap setting?
- It's the number of pixels on the border of each tile that are repeated in the border of the neighbor tile.
